Welcome to Intsinzi Logistics. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website or using our logistics services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our website or services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and any or all Agreements:

• "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions.
• "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Intsinzi Logistics.
• "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
• "Services" refers to the logistics and transportation services provided by Intsinzi Logistics.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Rwanda.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Intsinzi Logistics' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Intsinzi Logistics' website;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Intsinzi Logistics at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Booking and Rates

All freight quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time of the quote request. Any changes to the shipment details may result in price adjustments. Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Cargo Liability

Intsinzi Logistics shall not be liable for any loss or damage to cargo beyond the coverage provided by our cargo insurance policy. Clients are advised to obtain additional insurance for high-value shipments. We are not liable for:

• Damages caused by improper packaging
• Inherent vice of the cargo
• Acts of God or force majeure events
• Any consequential damages or losses

3.3 Delivery Times

While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, Intsinzi Logistics does not guarantee specific delivery times unless expressly stated in writing. Transit times provided are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

3.4 Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Intsinzi Logistics' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Intsinzi Logistics makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Intsinzi Logistics does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Intsinzi Logistics or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Intsinzi Logistics' website, even if Intsinzi Logistics or a Intsinzi Logistics authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Intsinzi Logistics' website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Intsinzi Logistics does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. 7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

8. Changes to Terms

Intsinzi Logistics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
